1. Welcome to TOXIGRAPH

By purchasing mentorships, bundles, portfolio reviews, or any other services offered by TOXIGRAPH, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully, as they define the terms under which TOXIGRAPH provides its services.

2. Our Services

• Concept Art Mentorship Programs (individual and group formats)
• Portfolio Reviews
• Additional courses or creative services listed on the website

3. Payments

  • All prices are displayed on the TOXIGRAPH website and processed securely via Stripe.

  • Full payment is required before any mentorship, session, or service begins.

  • Prices may include applicable VAT or taxes depending on the customer’s location.

  • By purchasing a service, you confirm that you are available for the selected format and duration.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Students may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection law, provided the service has not commenced.

  • If a mentorship or sessions have already begun, refunds will be issued only for unused sessions, calculated proportionally.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

5. Student Responsibilities

By participating in TOXIGRAPH services, students agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time and come prepared

  • Submit work or materials on time in order to receive feedback

  • Maintain respectful and professional communication with mentors and peers

TOXIGRAPH reserves the right to remove any student from a mentorship or program without refund in cases of abusive behavior, harassment, or repeated disruption.

6. Rescheduling

  • For 8-week group mentorship programs, up to 2 session reschedules may be permitted.

  • Rescheduling is subject to:
    • Agreement of the mentor
    • Agreement of all participating students in the group
    • Availability of an alternative time slot

  • If no mutually agreed alternative time can be arranged, the session is considered delivered as scheduled.

  • In rare cases of mentor illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond control, TOXIGRAPH may reschedule sessions or assign another qualified mentor where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property (Who Owns What)

  • All teaching materials, presentations, slides, recordings, written feedback, and educational content provided by TOXIGRAPH remain the intellectual property of TOXIGRAPH.

  • Students retain full ownership of their own artwork created during mentorships or courses.

  • Recording, reproducing, or distributing TOXIGRAPH materials without prior written permission is prohibited.

  • Showcasing Student Work
    TOXIGRAPH reserves the right to showcase selected student work (chosen by TOXIGRAPH) on:

  • The TOXIGRAPH website (e.g., student galleries)

  • TOXIGRAPH social media channels

  • Promotional and marketing materials

  • This is done strictly for educational and promotional purposes.
    Students may request removal of showcased work at any time by contacting TOXIGRAPH in writing.

  • Sessions may be recorded for internal quality assurance, training, or review purposes. Recordings are not shared publicly. Students may request that a session not be recorded.

8. Liability

TOXIGRAPH provides educational services only and does not guarantee employment, studio placement, or career outcomes.

  • Portfolio reviews and mentorship feedback represent professional opinion and guidance, not guarantees of hiring or acceptance.

  • TOXIGRAPH is not responsible for technical issues related to internet connectivity, hardware, or software.

  • Participation is at the student’s own risk.

9. Privacy & Data

  • Student data (such as name, email address, portfolio links, and related information) is collected solely for communication and service delivery purposes.

  • TOXIGRAPH complies with GDPR regulations.

  • Personal data is never sold or shared with third parties, except where required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable European Union laws and regulations.
Any disputes shall be handled under EU jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

TOXIGRAPH may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on the website. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
